Outpatient Counseling & Wellness Services in Providence
Whether you’re struggling with stress, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, or simply need someone to talk to, we’re here to help. We believe healing happens in connection, and we’re committed to building trusting relationships that empower you to grow, heal, and thrive.
Individual therapy
Individual therapy is a private, one-on-one session with a licensed therapist to explore personal thoughts, feelings, and challenges. It helps individuals gain insight, manage stress, and develop healthier coping strategies.
Family and couples therapy
Family and couples therapy focuses on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and strengthening relationships among partners or family members. A therapist guides the group in understanding dynamics and developing healthier ways to interact and support each other.
Child and adolescent counseling
Child and adolescent counseling provides a safe space for young people to express their feelings, navigate challenges, and build emotional resilience. Therapists use age-appropriate techniques to address issues like anxiety, behavior problems, school stress, and family changes.
Referrals for psychiatric and community-based services
Referrals for psychiatric and community-based services connect individuals with specialized support, such as medication management or social services. These referrals help ensure comprehensive care beyond therapy, tailored to each person’s unique needs.
All services are confidential, culturally responsive, and focused on empowerment and healing.
